Life is about balance....

Life is all about balance. When things are balanced and flowing well we are functioning at our highest levels which means we can start working on achieving our dreams. Working with our energy systems we can reach our full potential, keep reading to find out more....

We are each filled with natural life force energy, you may have heard this in other terms ‘chi’ in china, ‘prana’ in India and ‘ki’ in Japan, it is also known as universal energy. The life force energy flows through our bodies it sustains and nourishes the body and increases the natural healing systems within each of us. Throughout life as we encounter problems, difficulties, heart ache, anger, worry etc. which means our energy points and lines become blocked, they don't function as they should, this can then begin to affect us in many leading to ill health which in turn affects our wellbeing.

Internal Energy systems:
These internal energy systems are invisible to the eye, but believe me they are there and they have an affect on us! I know you may think because we can't see them they don't exist, but what if that's because we have been conditioned, through many ways, and our brains have been untrained to see them? After all they have been written about for centuries….

Chakras - Within our body we have 7 vortexes of spinning energy which interact with different physiological and neurological systems in the body. The chakras start from the bottom of the spine to the crown of your head (root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye and crown). Each chakra has its on vibrational frequency, colour and relate to different emotions.

Meridian lines - these lines can be mapped throughout the body; they flow within the body and not on the surface. You will find many acupressure points throughout the lines. The lines work to move the life force energy around the body.

When these chakras and lines become blocked over time for many reasons then you could be experiencing issues with sense of security, ability to love or could even be issues with your health such as thyroid and bowl issues to name a few.

So how do we balance them?
Common practices to balance your energy systems and really encourage the life force energy to flow freely I have found work are; Yoga, meditation, deep breathing, mindfulness, practicing gratitude and learn to love! A healthy natural diet- notice how you feel better when you've not had junk food? Positive affirmations and manifesting (I'll write a blog in this too as I believe we all need this knowledge!) learning to let ‘stuff’ go and stress less. Reiki, holistic therapies, crystals and essential oils.

Everyone will have their own way and different routines which is exactly how it should be, what works for me may well not work for you! Find what feels good for you, something will resonate with you I promise! When it does keep doing it and note your experiences in a journal.

When we are balanced the life force energy can run throughout our bodies as it should which will ensure that we are functioning at a higher level. You will feel calmer, grounded, more connected, conscious of decisions and how you are feeling, which means you'll do more of what feels good!
